2.5 - Feedback to Students |
en |
dc.description.abstract |
Instructor effectively gave students timely quantitative and qualitative feedback as well
as helping students "self-check" their learning.
- Voice (audio and/or visual) - She recorded small 2 min. videos from her office to give students clear feedback on their lab dissections.
- Written - Each lab report went through TurnItIn and GradeMark so instructor could provide quality comments and allow students to improve.
- Synchronous/Asynchronous - Students could join online chats with the instructor to discuss their work one-on-one.She is also gave feedback on their forum posts to make sure they were understanding the concepts. Students could take self-tests to check their understanding on concepts prior to an exam. |
