9.2 - Feedback is Provided on Progress |
en |
dc.description.abstract |
Students in this speech class make a total of 6 - one minute long speeches. This instructor started to use clickers to assess the student on 6 different rubric criteria. At the end of the speech a student had feedback on how all 30 of his fellow classmates rated him. Then these 6 speeches can be looked at over time for each rubric criteria. Did the student improve in language over the six speeches? Did they improve on their organization? The Excel files provided easy tabulation of results in a summative fashion. |
